Our 2005 Olive Oil is now available for purchase. Please
join us for a sampling in the winery. 
The olives are hand picked from the trees that border our vineyard. After picking they are crushed and pressed into oil. The oil is left unfiltered and "pulled"from the top and is spicy, full bodied with nutty overtones and a peppery finish.
